  1. Dalia- 1 cup.
  2. Carrots finely chopped- 1 medium-sized.
  3. Peas- ½ cup.
  4. Medium-sized potato- 1.
  5. Dry chili- 2.
  6. Oil- 1 tbsp.
  7. Curry leaves- 4 to 5.
  8. Onion finely chopped- 1 medium-sized.
  9. Urad dal- ¼ cup.
  10. Mustard seed- ½ teaspoon.
  11. Turmeric powder- ½ teaspoon.
  12. Water as required.
  13. Salt to taste.

Method

  • Heat the pan and saute the dalia for 2-3 mins until it turns golden brown. You can notice an aroma. Transfer the dalia in a plate and keep it aside.
  • Put the oil in the pan and add the dry chili and mustard seed.
